JAMESTOWN, NY — Jamestown Police report that officers from the department’s 2nd Platoon responded to the south side of the city at approximately 7:46 p.m. on August 29 for a reported domestic dispute.

According to the JPD media release, an investigation determined that an existing Order of Protection contained a refrain provision involving Zachary Fisher, 29, of Jamestown.

Police allege Fisher violated that order through physical threats and unwanted contact during a verbal argument.

Fisher was charged with:

• Harassment 2nd – Physical Contact

• Criminal Contempt 1st – OOP Violation

Fisher was being held in the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment at the time of the release.

All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
