The Erie County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Terrell Beckham, 36, of Buffalo, following an investigation by the Sheriff’s Office Narcotics and Intelligence Unit.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, deputies executed a search warrant at Beckham’s Cambria Street residence at approximately 3:12 p.m. on September 21. The warrant was signed by Buffalo City Court Judge Peter Savage.
Deputies reportedly located and seized more than three ounces of cocaine, along with drug paraphernalia.
Beckham was later taken into custody without incident following a traffic stop involving a vehicle he was operating.
He was charged with:
• 3rd degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance — 2 counts
• 2nd degree Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia — 3 counts
Beckham was transported to the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment.
Sheriff John C. Garcia said the department remains focused on narcotics investigations and removing illicit drugs from the community.
All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
