Four Jamestown residents are facing multiple criminal charges after a child welfare investigation uncovered what police described as deplorable and unsanitary living conditions involving four children.

According to the Jamestown Police Department, officers assigned to the STRIVE Domestic Violence Detail responded to a welfare check on the city’s east side at approximately 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 14. During the investigation, officers determined that four children had allegedly been living in unsafe and unsanitary conditions.

As a result of the investigation, police arrested four individuals:

🔹 Natalie B. Frost, 21, charged with: • 4 Counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child • 3 Counts of Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree

🔹 Sincere R. Fisher, 22, charged with: • 4 Counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child • Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree

🔹 Justin M. Heiser, 23, charged with: • 4 Counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child

🔹 Brianna M. Heiser, 26, charged with: • 4 Counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child

All four were transported to the Jamestown City Jail, where they were held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.

As with all criminal cases, the charges are accusations, and all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

🚨 Passenger Arrested After Traffic Stop Reveals Order of Protection Violation

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. 🚔

A routine traffic stop in Jamestown resulted in the arrest of a passenger accused of violating an active stay away Order of Protection.

According to the Jamestown Police Department, officers assigned to the 2nd Platoon conducted a traffic stop around 8:28 p.m. on Monday, July 14, after observing moving and equipment violations near East 7th Street and Lincoln Street.

During the investigation, officers discovered that a passenger in the vehicle allegedly had an active stay away Order of Protection involving the driver.

Police arrested Edwen M. Santos, 63, of Jamestown, charging him with Criminal Contempt in the First Degree, a felony, due to a previous Criminal Contempt conviction within the past five years.

Santos was transported to the Jamestown City Jail and held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.

As with all criminal cases, these charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

🚨 Two Arrested After Entering Condemned Jamestown Home

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. 🚔

Two Jamestown residents were arrested early Monday morning after police found them inside a condemned residence on the city’s east side.

According to the Jamestown Police Department, officers from the 3rd Platoon responded to a report of trespassing at approximately 5:44 a.m. on July 14.

Upon arrival, officers located two individuals inside the residence. Police said the property displayed visible notices indicating it had been condemned by the City of Jamestown Department of Development.

Both individuals were taken into custody and charged with Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree.

The suspects were arraigned in Jamestown City Court following their arrests.
