Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Cattaraugus and Southern Erie counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Travel could be difficult across the elevated terrain. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning and especially evening commute.
