Winter Storm Warning Issued December 01 at 9:47AM EST Until December 02 at 1:00PM EST.

WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EST

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations of 7 to 13 inches

along the Chautauqua Ridge, Boston Hills, and across higher

terrain with 2 inches or less of accumulation along Interstate

90 and the immediate lakeshore. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Southern Erie counties.

Greatest accumulations across higher terrain.

* WHEN...Until1 PM EST Wednesday. Heaviest snow will occur from

* IMPACTS...The hazardous conditions could impact the evening

commute today and the morning commute on Wednesday. Roads will

be snow covered and very slippery. Visibility will be poor at

times.

INSTRUCTIONS: Widespread accumulating snow will create dangerous travel

conditions.
