VILLAGE OF LANCASTER DECLARES PARKING BAN ON VILLAGE STREETS

Parking Ban Goes into Effect at 10pm

Lancaster, New York - In the interest of public safety, the Village of Lancaster hereby declares a Parking Ban on all streets within the Village effective 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 29, 2019. This declaration is made due to the need for snow removal. This order is in effect until 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 1, 2019. All regular parking restrictions resume and are in affect after this time.

As Are All Persons "Accused" Of A Crime, The Defendant(s) Are Presumed Innocent Until Proven Guilty In A Court Of Law.
