On March 12, 2021, SP Olean Troopers arrested Marykatherine L. Plante, 22, of Allegany, NY for Conspiracy 6th Degree, Samantha A. Mickley, 21, of Allegany, NY for Petit Larceny, and an 18-year-old male from New York, NY for Criminal Mischief 4th Degree.
Troopers investigating the theft and damage to two flags from a residence on West River Road in the town of Allegany determined the three were responsible for the theft and vandalism.
All three were arrested and released with appearance tickets for Allegany Town Court, where they are due to appear in April.
