On Dec 19th, Town of Cheektowaga Highway Department Plow Driver, Robert Hupkowicz, 46 YOA, of Depew, New York was arrested for painting “TRUMP 2020” on the Plow Truck he operates for the Town of Cheektowaga. Hupkowicz was charged with:
Criminal Mischief 4th Degree (A-Misdemeanor).
Making Graffiti (A- Misdemeanor).
Hupkowicz was arraigned before Town Justice James J. Speyer Jr and released on his own recognizance.
