Erie County Sheriff John C. Garcia announces the Erie County Sheriff’s Office has set up a new tip line for the Hailey Williams investigation.
The Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Hailey Williams, the missing 13-year-old from Grand Island, to call 716.858.TErie County Sheriff John C. Sheriff Garcia also reports that an individual is in custody.
While the investigation continues with much work ahead, the Sheriff’s Office wishes to acknowledge the tremendous support it received from our law enforcement partners: the Federal Bureau of Investigations, the New York State Police, the Pennsylvania State Police, the Grand Island Police Department, the Cranberry Township (PA) Police, the Greece (NY) Police, the U.S. Border Patrol, Erie County Central Police Services, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office the NYS Thruway Authority, and multiple intelligence centers.
