Stolen Vehicle Located At A Vacant House In Grand Island.

Erie County Sheriff John C. Garcia reports the recovery of a stolen vehicle and the arrest of a suspect following an investigation of people at a vacant residence.

 

On December 2, at approximately 6:37 p.m., deputies responded to reports of individuals at a vacant house on Grand Island Boulevard in Grand Island. The deputies discovered that one of the vehicles was stolen, and their investigation resulted in the arrest of 37-year-old Tyler Cooper of Grand Island.

 

Cooper is charged with a felony count of criminal possession of stolen property and a misdemeanor count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

 

The defendant was transported to the Erie County Holding Center and was later released following an arraignment hearing.
