Additional Information: One Caller Reported a Fire in the Bedroom of the Residence. All Occupants Were Evacuated at the Time of the Call. a Snyder Fire Captain Was First on Scene and Reported Smoke Showing. 1st Assistant Chief Tim Oliver Arrived and Reported a 2 ½ Story Residence With Fire on the Second Floor. Crews From Snyder, Main Transit, Eggertsville and Williamsville Worked to Extinguish the Fire. The Fire Was Marked Under Control at 11:00 Pm. After Extensive Overhaul and Clean Up, the Scene Was Left With the Amherst Fire Inspectors Office and the Amherst Police. One Adult Was Displaced and Was Assisted by the Red Cross.
