N. FALLS: Statement Regarding Tim Hortons Assault

(Niagara Falls, New York) In response to the assault that occurred at Tim Horton’s this weekend, the Niagara Falls Police Department’s Detective Unit is diligently investigating this case, according to Superintendent of Police John Faso. Charges are expected soon for those involved in this vicious attack. “As Superintendent of Police, I am appalled at what I saw on the video posted on social media. We will not tolerate this behavior in our city. Those responsible will be brought to justice in this matter.”, Faso said.
