A Neighbor on Greenwood Terr. called 9-1-1 yesterday (May 31st) to report finding his neighbor from across the road was found under a tree that had fallen onto him while he apparently was operation a tractor. At the time of the 9-1-1 call the caller reported his life status was unknown. AMR Ambulance Paramedics who were stationed in the area arrived on scene and Marilla Fire Chief Arrived on scene soon afterwards to report the victim was deceased from the impact of the fallen tree. Erie County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident and we will update this story when or if more info becomes available.
