Around 1:45 today crews were alerted for a person struck by a motorist along Ransom Road. When emergency crews arrived they found a 18 year old victim on the ground with what are said to be “Multiple Serious Injuries”. Police report a Flatbed Semi Truck struck the victim and kept going. With the help of witnesses Police were able to track down the vehicle and the driver. The victim was immediately transported to ECMC with Multiple Serious Injuries and Ransom Road remains closed for Accident Reconstruction.
