Town: Elma.


12/20: Assist Person.

Seneca Rd

Complainant reports receiving phone calls that violate an order of protection. The Order of Protection has expired. The complaint was advised and stated there is an upcoming court date. Police report completed.


12/20: DWI-Alcohol.

Transit Rd

Deputies responded to a single vehicle that hit a pole. NYSEG notified due to damage to the pole. Vehicle towed from the scene. The driver complained of pain but refused first aid. The driver was charged with DWI. The driver was processed and released to a sober third party and the vehicle was placed under a twelve-hour hold and towed.


12/23: Trespass.

Transit Rd

Deputies informed a subject that they are no longer allowed at a business. Any further presence on the property will be trespass.


12/24: Accident.

Bullis Rd

Deputies responded to a three-vehicle accident. No injuries reported to patrol. Accident report completed.

12/22: Accident.

Clinton St

Deputies responded to a roll-over accident. The driver complained of possible arm injury. The driver was transported to a local hospital for further treatment of injuries. Vehicle towed from the scene. Accident report completed.

12/21: Accident.

Big Tree Rd

Deputies responded to a single vehicle into a pole. NYSEG was notified due to damage to the pole and wires. The driver signed off with EMS on scene. Passenger transported to local hospital for further treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Accident report completed.


12/23: Criminal Mischief.

Woodchuck Rd

Complainant reported damage to lawns from three pickup trucks. Police report completed.
