Female arrest for DWI and resisting arrest.

On September 21, 2020 at 12:20 A.M., Troopers out of SP Boston arrested Breanna B. Worden, 23 of Evans, NY for Driving while Intoxicated, Resisting Arrest and vehicle and traffic infractions.

On September 21, 2020, Worden with other uninvolved persons went to SP Boston to make a complaint with Troopers about a possible stolen cell phone. Troopers investigated the matter of the cell phone in full knowledge that Worden was showing signs of intoxication.  While completing the incident with the cell phone, which was not stolen, Worden attempted to leave the scene in a vehicle.  Troopers pulled the vehicle over on Boston State Road in the town of Boston. While interviewing Worden, an odor of alcoholic beverage was still present.  While placing Worden under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs, she physically resisted and was eventually placed in the patrol car.  Worden was transported back to SP Boston for processing.  Worden refused the breath test to determine BAC.

Worden was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Boston Court for a later date in October 2020.

This post was provided by the New York State Police so we cannot verify much of anything and would hope that the Police would tell us maybe not the entire story but at least some truth to it.

The lies that are told in this article. That "uninvolved persons" was present when I gave the breathalyzer tests, as well as that person being the only one driving. Can't wait to fight this in court especially when this uninvolved person makes a statement on what actually happened that night. One question, if I was really driving that night, and got pulled over, wouldn't you have ran my License? The phone was stolen but no body wanted to do their job and never actually investigated any further into the situation. It's sad how much people have to lie. The truth will come out next month. I mean I'm sure the judge could get camera footage of that night as well…
