10/27/18:
Twenty nine year old Eric Hemphill was arrested following a traffic stop. Hemphill was wanted on an outstanding bench warrant from Buffalo City Court for vehicle and traffic charges. Hemphill was remanded to the holding center.
An eighteen year old female was charged with petit larceny after she took forty two dollars in merchandise from the Spirit Halloween Store and left without paying. She was released on an appearance ticket.
10/28/18:
Deputies responded to Bison Billiard’s for a report of a customer who left without paying a bill for approximately eight dollars. Police have identified the subject and will be filing for a warrant for theft of services if he does not return to pay his bill.
Deputies are investigating an incident on East Boncrest Drive. Someone had stolen a purse from a vehicle and had used the caller’s credit cards in Buffalo. Detectives from the sheriff’s office are investigating.
10/29/18:
A male reported that his girlfriend missing. The female was not missing. She has been secretly seeing another individual.
A resident of Railroad Street reported that his wallet and his son’s wallet had been taken from unlocked vehicles. Several credit cards had also been used. The incident is under investigation.
10/30/18:
Detectives from the Sheriff’s Office charged thirty nine year old woman with petit larceny and criminal possession of a stolen credit card to close out an investigation of a stolen purse and unauthorized use of credit cards from September. The woman used the stolen credit card to make several purchases on Transit Road after stealing a purse from the parking lot of the Clarence Bike Path.
A resident of Xavier Drive reported a burglary of his mobile home. The incident is under investigation.
10/31/18:
A resident Of Shamrock Drive called about a Budget rental box van that had been driving around the neighborhood. Delivery companies frequently use such vehicles.
A 911 hang up call was reported at a business on Wehrle Drive. It was accidental.
11/01/18:
A resident of Kraus Road reported that a vehicle had pulled into his driveway and a female was now laying down in the front seat of the vehicle. The vehicle had left before patrol arrived.
An elderly male who resides on Howard Drive was reported missing after he was overdue from returning from an appointment. The male was located several miles from his home on Main Street in Amherst. He had gotten confused.
11/02/18:
Thirty four year old Richard Zimmerman was charged with Aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. Zimmerman was released on traffic tickets.
A suspicious male was reported on Susan Drive Patrol checked the area with negative results.
