05/01/21:
Terrell Dumas of Buffalo was arrested on an outstanding warrant for criminal charges from an incident in March of this year. He faces charges for criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment. He will be remanded to the holding center pending arraignment.
Patrol responded to the area of Shimerville Road for a possible brush fire. The fire department was unable to locate the alleged fire.
A male was allegedly sleeping in a van at Kenyon’s Variety Store on Goodrich Road. The van was gone when patrol arrived.
05/02/21:
A Caller from Oak lane was complaining about the neighbor mowing his lawn and allegedly looking in her window. Caller was advised to close the drapes so nobody can look into the window.
Deputies responded to Goodrich Road for a verbal argument between a male and a female. Both parties were advised.
A caller reported that kids have been breaking into an unoccupied home and barn on Salt Road.
05/03/21:
Justin White was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Clarence Town Court on the charges of burglary and petit larceny. He is being held at the holding center on unrelated charges.
A resident of Amy Leigh Lane reported that her personal information had been used to file for unemployment benefits.
05/04/21:
A resident of Ericson Drive reported that someone had used his personal information to fraudulently open a bank account.
Deputies responded to an address on Main Street for harassing calls and texts. The male at the address wanted his estranged wife to stop calling and texting him. She was advised by patrol.
A resident of Countryside Court reported that his trailer had been stolen sometime over the past day or so.
05/05/21:
Police were sent to an address by Crisis Services to check on a person who was possibly suicidal. The person was fine.
A caller from Ashford Court reported that a family member without a license had taken the car. The person and the vehicle were located a short distance from the caller’s address.
A resident of Pine Loch Lane had been notified by a bank that someone had attempted to open an account using her personal information.
05/06/21:
A resident of Salt Road was the victim of an internet scam. He received an email and followed the instructions of purchasing gift cards and emailing photos of the cards and receipts to an unknown person.
A caller from Shisler Road reported hearing gun shots. Patrol checked the area with negative results.
05/07/21:
Deputies responded to Main Street because an intoxicated person called police and was mumbling about someone doing illegal things. The caller admitted to having drank a pint of vodka. Patrol could not get anyone to answer the door.
A caller from Road Tail Run had his personal information used to file a claim for unemployment.
Police were dispatched to Transit Road for a disturbance. The responding officers located a male and a female in the area but both denied that there was a problem and neither would speak with patrol any further.
