Alarm-Fire

Village Station Cr.

Deputies respond for Carbon monoxide detectors going off. Fire Department assisted and cleared the area.

Alarm-Burglary Business

Main Street.

Deputies responded to a side motion alarm at the Town Park Club House. Deputies spoke to employees on site and the alarm was accidental.

Accident property damage

Main St.

Deputies responded to a two vehicle property damage accident. No injuries reported. Information exchange completed by Patrol.

Criminal Mischief

Main St.

Deputies responded to Antiques at the Glencroft for a report of two windows that were broke. The owner reported that nothing was missing, but reported a suspicious phone call from PA. Deputies checked the area and completed a police report.

Criminal Mischief

Miland Road.

Deputies responded for a report of two vehicles that were keyed. Vehicle owner has no idea who might have done the damage and there is no video footage. Police reported completed

Alarm-Burglary Residential

Garden WK.

Deputies respond to a garage entry door alarm. Key holder responded with proper code and the alarm was canceled.

Suspicious Incident

Kraus Road.

Caller stated that a person in a white ford van appears to be taking packages from the porch. Deputies canvassed the area and were unable to locate the vehicle. There were no reports of packages taken in the area.

Accident Property Damage

Transit Road.

Patrol responded to a report of a two vehicle property damage accident. No injuries reported and both vehicles were drivable. Information exchange completed.

Warrant Serve

Transit Road.

Deputies arrested one male on a warrant out of Amherst. Deputies handed the male over to Amherst Police.

Suspicious Incident

Transit Road.

Deputies responded to Lia Honda for a report of a suspicious vehicle and person. Deputies spoke to the individual, who ended up being the cleaner for the business.

Shoplifting

Transit Road.

Deputies responded to a Transit Road business for a report of a male who took items without paying. Manager was able to produce video footage and a license plate for the subject. Police report was completed.

Customer Trouble

Transit Road.

Deputies responded for a female having a breakdown inside a Transit Road business. Female stated she was having custody issues with kids that are out of state. Female was arguing with a friend inside the store. All parties calmed and left the store for the day.

Alarm Burglary Business

Transit Road.

Deputies responded to a rear door alarm at Spot Coffee. Deputies were told it was a false alarm by staff, and everything appeared in order.

Harassment

Town Place.

Complainant wants to speak to a Deputy about issues with an ex-boyfriend. Female stated that the ex keeps texting her. The two have children in common. Female stated she is starting to become afraid of him. Female was advised on the law and how to obtain an order of protection.

Noxious Odor

Harris Hill at Wehrle Drive.

Deputies responded to the area with Amherst fire for a report of a strong odor of natural gas in the area.

Attempt to Locate

Shimerville Road.

Caller stated that her 15-year-old son is 3 hours late coming home from school. Caller is worried that he ran away with his girlfriend. Deputies started to check the area and shortly after the son returned home.

Suspicious Vehicle

Transit Road.

Deputies responded for a report of a suspicious vehicle at Cappellino’s Towne Buick. Deputies checked the vehicle and it belonged to an employee.

Traffic Complaint

Lisa Lane.

Caller reported a white Toyota SUV that drives by school buses every morning while loading students. School bus has its flashing reds on, but driver ignores them. Deputies advised that they will patrol the area.

Disturbance Other

Main Street.

Caller reports a male is out of control. Male is intoxicated and has a mental health history. Male left before Patrol arrived. Deputies spoke to complainant and there was no disturbance or charges. They just wanted the welfare of the male checked. Male subject returned to home and is stating he is ok. Police report completed

Noise Complaint

The Maples.

Deputies respond for a loud party noise complaint. Deputies reported that the parents are home and keeping an eye on thigs. Deputies also reported that the party is not loud.

Alarm-Fire

Ransom Road.

Deputies and Fire responded for a dining room fire alarm. Employees stated that it was a false alarm and everything is clear.
