Erie County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Logs For Marilla And Alden From May 1st Through May 7th.

05/01/21:

Deputies responded to Uebelhoer Road to check on an elderly female who claimed that people were at her house and that they were beating her up. Confused adult call. The caller has a history of making unfounded calls.

A female caller reported that someone was on her property. Patrol spoke with the man. He was the brother of the caller and he had as much right to be on the property as she did.


05/02/21:

Two mules were reportedly walking down the road on Timothy Lane. The animals were secured until the owner comes looking for them.


The fire department responded to Ledgestone Village for a fire alarm. There was a small fire in an oven and the house had filled with smoke.

05/03/21:

A male resident of Town Line Road was charged with harassment after he was served a criminal summons for an incident that occurred late in 2020.The male is to appear in Marilla Town Court.


A resident of Two Rod Road reported that his personal information had been used to file a claim with unemployment.


Deputies responded to a minor injury accident at Genesee Street and North Millgrove Road.


05/04/21:

First Aid responded to Reinhart Road for a male who was having difficulty breathing. The male was transported to the hospital.


A resident of Sullivan Road had his personal information used in a fraudulent attempt to receive unemployment.


05/05/21:

A vehicle was repossessed from a residence at The Bush Gardens Mobil home park. The owner was not aware.

A resident of Cary Road was scammed out of money by a local contractor who never shows up to complete the job.


05/06/21:

A thirty-two- year old male was charged with assault in the second degree and obstruction of governmental administration following an altercation at the county correctional facility.


A male called 911 to report that his neighbor ran over his foot after he confronted the male about grass clippings that he was leaving on the caller’s property. Both males were advised.


05/07/21:

A resident of Cayuga Creek Road called about an ongoing issue with a neighbor who is constantly playing loud music.


A resident of Eastwood Road reported that someone had filed for unemployment using her personal information.
