Erie County Sheriff's Office Patrol Logs For Marilla And Alden From April 17th Through April 23rd.

04/17/21:

A resident of Broadway reported that someone had stolen several hundred dollars from her unlocked vehicle sometime overnight.


A resident of Rundel Road was the victim of the unemployment scam.


A resident of Two Rod Road reported a fraudulent claim for unemployment which was made using her personal information.


04/18/21:

Deputies responded to an altercation at an address on Two Rod Road. A male had been fighting with his adult son. Both males were advised to leave the other alone.


04/19/21:

Items were stolen from an unlocked shed on Donna Bru Drive in Marilla.


A resident of Clinton Street reported a stolen or misplaced handgun. Detectives are following up on this incident.


A resident of Homecourt Street reported that someone had filed a fraudulent claim for unemployment benefits using her name.


04/20/21:

Deputies responded to a burglar alarm on Exchange Street. The building appeared to be secure.


First aid responded to Four Rod Road for an ill female. The female declined to go to the hospital.


04/21/21:

A resident of Elm Street reported that someone had stolen a license plate off of his trailer.


Deputies responded to Clearvue Drive for questions about a custody dispute.


04/22/21:

A driver was giving people a hard time at Zolad’s on Railroad Street. The person left after being advised by patrol.


A two-vehicle accident occurred on Clinton Street. One person was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.


04/23/21:

A female called from an address on Eldridge Road. She stated a pickup truck had been sitting near her house for twenty minutes and it was making her nervous. The vehicle was gone when patrol checked the area.


Deputies responded to an address on Church Street for a 911 open line. It was an issue with the phone lines.
