Erie County Sheriff's Office Patrol Logs for Marilla and Alden from 5/16 Through 5/22.


05/16/20:

A caller reported that there was a large group of people at the town park on West Main Street. They were gathering for a classic car parade.


A resident of Two Rod Road called about a sick looking raccoon. The animal; was put down.


05/17/20:

First aid responded to an address on Genesee Street for a person who was having issues standing and who had an altered mental state.


Deputies responded to an alarm at a business on Greenwood Terrace. Everything appeared to be in order.


Deputies responded to Hemstreet Road for two brothers that were in an altercation.


Neither subject wanted the police to be involved and they were uncooperative. They were advised.


05/18/20:

The fire department responded to a report of a possible fire at an address on West Main Street. It was smoke from a deep fryer.


First aid responded to Eastwood Drive for an ill male.


05/19/20:

A resident of Sandridge Road reported unwanted phone messages from her ex-boyfriend. Patrol spoke with the male and he stated that he would no longer bother the female.


A resident of Westwood Road reported possible fraudulent charges by his ex. He was advised to have her removed from his credit cards and to ask the card company to put her charges on her own card.


05/20/20:

A caller reported that an intoxicated man was laying down in the roadway on West Main Street. The man was helped back into his house.


First aid responded to a residence on Coleman Road for an elderly male who had fallen.


Deputies also responded because of a family member who became belligerent with first responders.


05/21/20:

Deputies responded to a disturbance on Jamison Road. A male family member had broken into the house and was thinking of harming himself. The male was transported to the hospital for an evaluation.


A resident of Broadway reported that someone had entered her unlocked vehicle sometime overnight. Change and other small items were missing.


05/22/20:

Patrol responded to 7/11 on Walden Avenue for a report of an abandoned vehicle. The owner was advised that the store wanted the vehicle removed.


First aid responded to Eldridge Road for an ill child. The child was transported to the hospital.
