04/24/21:
A child called from an address on Two Rod Road and reported that her seven-year old brother was missing. The boy was outside doing yard work with his father.
There is an ongoing issue with ATV’s racing around the neighborhood on Arlington Drive.
First aid responded to Bush Gardens for a lift assist.
04/25/21:
Deputies responded to Two Rod Road in Marilla for a car the struck a house. The vehicle destroyed two pillars that were holding up an elevated deck and continued south on Two Rod Road without stopping. Parts left at the scene come from a silver or grey 2008 Acura TL. (If anyone has information about this incident they can contact Deputy Kolmetz through the sheriff’s non-emergency number 656-2903. In reference to case 21-029102).
A delivery person found an unresponsive male at a residence on Uebelhoer Road. The male was transported to the hospital.
04/26/21:
A caller reported an open window/door at the Alden Bakery. The owner was working late and was in the process of locking up for the day.
An alarm was reported at an address on Three Rod Road. Theresidence was secure. There is a history of alarm malfunctions at the address.
04/27/21:
A caller requested a welfare check on her friend at an address in Marilla. The two were talking earlier and now she could not make contact. The person was fine.
Deputies responded to an address on East Drive to check on a person who was involved in a disturbance earlier in the night. Nobody answered the door.
A resident of Buckwheat Road reported that someone had filed for unemployment benefits using his personal information.
04/28/21:
A resident of Two Rod Road reported that someone used personal information to file a bogus claim for unemployment.
A resident of Four Rod Road surrendered some firearms that belonged to a family member. Two illegal handguns were turned over to the police.
04/29/21:
A female had fallen at an address at Bush Gardens and she could not get up. The female reused to go to the hospital.
A male passed out at an address on Broadway. He was transported to the veteran’s hospital.
A burglar alarm was reported at a residence on Pohl Road. It had been set off by the homeowner.
04/30/21:
A caller reported a suspicious vehicle in his neighbor’s driveway. The person had permission to park their and then car pool from that address.
The owner of Rusher Drive apartments claimed he had a squatter in an unoccupied unit. The female had been residing there and the caller was trying to avoid eviction process by claiming that she was a squatter.
