Three Rod Road.
-911 call female screaming on the phone. Another female is screaming she needs to go to ECMC. Deputies arrived and separated the parties. The mother is upset that her daughter has not been taking her medication. Deputies advised both parties
01/21/23:
Traffic Complaint.
Walden Avenue at Home Road.
-Caller stated that there is a vehicle in the westbound lane driving east. Deputies checked the area but the vehicle was already gone.
01/23/23:
Suspicious Vehicle.
Broadway Road.
-McDonald’s staff called stating that a newer model dodge with out-of-state plates returns every night. They believe someone is sleeping in the vehicle. Deputies spoke to the individual and he stated that he came up from Georgia to visit his mother. However, his Mother asked him to leave so he was sleeping in his car. The subject was advised to stay in the Tops lot if needed.
01/23/23:
Accident Injury.
Broadway Road.
-Report of a one-vehicle accident off the road and into the bushes. When Deputies arrived they noticed the vehicle struck a mailbox and drove through two yards. EMS responded to check the driver and an 18-month-old child in the car. Accident report completed by Patrol and insurance information given to homeowners.
01/24/23:
Harassment.
Sandridge Road.
-Caller stated that her estranged husband threatened to throw her belongings outside and start them on fire. Deputies spoke to the husband at another location and charged him with two counts of aggravated harassment. A police report was completed.
01/23/23:
Disturbance .
Clearvue Drive.
-Mother called stating that her 36-year-old daughter is out of control. Deputies spoke to all parties who claim this was over a child not sleeping. No injuries were reported and parties separated for the night.
01/27/23:
Alarm Burglary Business.
-Broadway Road.
Alarm activated at Petschke Plumping. Deputies and key holder responded. The key holder confirmed the passcode. False alarm.
Village of Alden
01/24/23:
Nuisance Phone.
East Drive.
-Caller stated that her ex-boyfriend keeps calling and stalking her. The caller also stated that she has an Order of Protection against the boyfriend. Deputies discovered that the order is not valid yet, because it has not been served to the ex. Patrol advised the complainant.
01/26/23:
Domestic Trouble.
West Drive.
-Caller stated that she is afraid that her husband is going to harm himself. The husband already left the house. Deputies located the husband in the driveway he stated he was fine. The husband decided to stay at another family member’s house for the night.
