Erie County Sheriff's Office Patrol Logs For Alden and Marilla From 6/12 Through 6/18.

06/12/21:

A caller reported that there was very loud music coming from the area of Parker Road and Two Rod Road. Patrol checked the area with negative results.


First Aid responded to Clinton Street for a male who had passed out. The male signed off after being evaluated.


A female called from Buffalo requesting a welfare check on her children who reside at an address on Peters Corners Road. The kids were fine.


06/13/21:

A female called from an address on South Blossom Lea Drive called about a suspicious vehicle that had been parked in her driveway for several minutes. The female called back to cancel the police response. It was her brother.


Deputies responded to a report of a disturbance on West Main Street. A male and a female were arguing over money and bills.


Patrols responded to Kodiak Jacks on Two Rod Road for a report of a car that had crashed into a tree. The driver had left the scene. He was located at home and he was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident.


06/14/21:

A resident of Two Rod Road called police about harassing texts. The texts were spam. When you clicked on the link, you were sent to adult sites. If you get unwanted texts from many sites you can text STOP in capital letters and it unsubscribes you from getting texts.


A fourteen-year-old was creating a disturbance at an address on Two Rod Road. The male left prior to the arrival of patrols.


06/15/21:

A caller from Williston Road reported that his truck had been damaged by the neighbor who was clearing some brush from the neighboring property. The other party denied doing any damage. Advised that this is a civil issue.


Catalytic Converters were stolen off of two vehicles at an address on Zoeller Road.


A resident of South Woodside Drive reported that he found a wallet. The wallet was returned to the owner.


06/16/21:

A female caller wanted a male acquaintance removed from her apartment at 4:30 in the morning. She had been allowing the male to stay there several days and now wanted him gone. She called back after deciding to ask the person to leave in the morning.


A caller reported that three males were acting suspiciously under the railroad overpass on Broadway. The caller believed that the males may have spray-painted on the wall of the underpass.


06/17/21:

A thirty-nine-year old male was arrested at an address in Bush Gardens on a warrant for violation of probation. He was turned over to the City of Jamestown Police on the warrant.


Child Protective Services requested a check of an address in Bush Gardens. A male was allegedly violating a stay-away order of protection. Nobody answered the door.


06/18/21:

A resident of Williston Road reported that a female was intoxicated and was “out of control”. The female went to bed before patrols arrived.


A resident of Cayuga Creek Road called about loud music in the area. The homeowner apologized and turned the music down.


Deputies responded to a disturbance on Parkwood Drive. An incident report was completed. There were no charges.
