ECSO Patrol Logs for the Town & Village of Alden And Marilla, NY from 2/4 Through 2/10.

Town of Alden


02/05/23:

Suspicious Incident

Crittenden Road

-Caller received a Fed Ex package to her address with a name she didn’t recognize. An ECSO Explosive Detection K9 Unit responded to check the box. It ended up being a bag of dog food she ordered.


02/06/23:

First Aid

Fairview Drive

-Deputies responded to a report of a 70-year-old male who fell. EMS responded with patrol and checked out the male. He appeared ok and signed off on medical treatment.


02/06/23:

First Aid

Walden Ave

-Deputies called to 7-11 on Walden Ave for a report of staff feeling dizzy. Deputies reported no alarms going off and had first aid respond. Fire department checked CO2 readings and all appear fine. Employees signed off on medical treatment.


02/06/23:

Disturbance

Greenfield Drive

-Caller stated that her husband has been drinking and may have drove their vehicle into the house. Deputies arrived and discovered that husband only hit the snow blower while backing into the garage. There was no fight before or after the incident. The wife was just concerned about the husband being upset. All parties were advised


02/08/23:

Animal Loose

Walden Ave

-Complainant stated that when her dad stopped the car, their dog jumped out. Dog ran away and is micro chipped. Dog control officer was notified.

 

02/09/23:

Welfare Check

Three Rod Road

-Deputies checked the welfare of a 37-year-old female that left her house talking to herself. Female returned home and told Deputies that she was ok and just went to the West Alden Kitchen to calm down.


02/10/23:

Disorderly Person

Three Rod Road

-Deputies responded to a subject yelling and screaming outside. Deputies spoke to the person and transported to ECMC for medical evolution.

 

 Village of Alden


02/05/23:

Custody Dispute

Broadway Ave

-Complainant stated that he ex-husband should have returned their child and has not. Patrol attempted to contact the ex-husband but he is with the child in Adirondacks on a trip. Patrol advised matter should be addressed in Family Court.


02/06/23:

Welfare Check

Irving Street

-Caller stated that her daughter is on her front porch and she does not want her there. Deputies located the daughter and advised her she is not welcome at her mother’s house.  


02/06/23:

Trespass

Irving Street

-Deputies returned to Irving street from previous call. Mother stated daughter returned and will not leave. Deputies arrived and arrested female for trespass and transported to the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment, due to the complainant requesting an Order of Protection.


02/07/23:

Accident Injury

Broadway

-Deputies responded to Valu Home Center for a report of a vehicle hitting the store. Two people trapped in the vehicle and building appears stable. Fire responded to remove the passengers and transport to ECMC for medical treatment


02/09/23:

Violate Order of Protection

Irving Street

-Caller stated that her daughter is at the house and keeps ringing the doorbell. Mother received an order of protection and daughter is in violation of it. Deputies responded and daughter was arrested and taken to the Erie County Holding Center.    *See the two incidents above*

 

Town Of Marilla

 

02/04/23:

Fire Other

Stolle road at Eldridge Road

-Deputies responded to a utility pole on fire. NYSEG and Marilla Fire notified of pole and transformer on fire.


02/05/23:

First Aid

Two Rod Road

-Deputies respond for a report of a male with chest pain. AMR responded and took the male to Buffalo Mercy Hospital.

 

02/06/23:

Welfare Check

Wish Circle

-Caller wanted a welfare check of her son because his Apple Watch is off. Caller also believes her ex is watching their son when he is intoxicated. Deputies located the father and Son and everything is ok. Father is not drunk and all parties were advised.


02/07/23:

Welfare Check

Two Rod Road

-Deputies check the welfare at an address they received a 911 call from. Everything is appears ok and female at location said everything is fine.


02/09/23:

Animal Loose

Porterville Road

-Deputies respond to a report of 15 to 20 cows in the road. Deputies were able to get the cows back on their property with the help of a neighbor. Owner of cows was notified, and responded to secure the cows.


02/09/23:

Vehicle off the Road

Eastwood Road

-Deputies checked on a pickup truck that slid off the road and into a corn field. Driver stated he swerved to miss a deer. Vehicle was towed from ditch and driver issued summons .


02/10/23:

Road Obstruction

Three Rod Road at Clinton Street

-Deputies responded to a report of a tree down blocking the road. Tree was removed
