Deputies respond to a motion alarm at a local business. Deputies’ responded and building appears secured.

Deputies responded with EMS for a subject in need of medical attention. Lancaster Ambulance transferred to ECMC.

Firework Use

Robert Smith Park.

Caller stated that someone is blowing off fireworks at the park. Deputies spoke with people at the park who stated they saw the fireworks over the tree line. Patrol checked the area with negative results.

Two Rod Road.

Caller stated that their car and mailbox was egged last night. Police report completed.

Sullivan Road.

Deputies checked on a report of wires down in the road. NYSEG was notified and reattached lines to the pole.

Deputies responded with EMS for a fall. The female signed off on medical treatment.

Deputies respond to a female shaking and in pain. EMS responded and the female signed off on treatment.

Caller stated they are trying to close for the night and the customer won’t leave. Deputies responded and assisted the customer in moving his vehicle so employees could lock the gate.

Wende Road.

Deputies checked on an open door at a local business. Appears to be a maintenance issue. Patrol made a notification to Town.

Wende Road.

Deputies assisted a repo company in recovering a vehicle. The owner of the vehicle was advised.


Village of Alden

Alarm Burglary Business

Exchange Street.

Patrol was responding to a business alarm but was called off before arriving. Owner on location with proper code.

Road Obstruction

Exchange Street.

Report of the train blocking the road. The caller is upset that the train delayed the EMS response. The train company was advised.

Alarm Burglary Business

Broadway.

Deputies responded to a report of an alarm at a local business. Deputies checked the business with the key holder and all appears secure. The area lost power before the alarms went off.

Railroad Street.

Caller responded to check the welfare of a male. Deputies checked on the male, who stated he was fine and just was avoiding phone calls.

A local business called to report fraud. Police report was taken and sent to Detectives.

Caller stated that someone added an account to their phone account. Deputies advised the complainant to contact the phone company and completed a police report.


Town of Marilla


03/26/23

Accident Hit & Run

Two Rod Road.

Caller reported that there is a pick-up truck that appeared to have hit a tree and a tow truck on location trying to remove it. Deputies arrived on the scene and both the pickup and tow truck were already gone.

Suspicious Vehicle

Clinton Street.

Caller reported a pickup truck in the middle of the road. The vehicle was gone before the patrol arrived.

Porterville Road.

Deputies respond with first aid for a female possible stroke. EMS transferred to Buffalo General.

Unknown Trouble

Coleman Road.

Caller stated that he thinks someone is upstairs with a weapon. Deputies arrived and the caller would not answer the door. Deputies reached the caller by phone who stated he is ok and won’t open the door. Deputies checked the outside house and all appears secure.
