3/13

Narcotics

Whitehaven Rd.

Deputies were called to a male slummed over in a vehicle. Deputies and EMS administered Narcan for a possible overdose. Several minutes later the subject regained consciousness. While deputies were tending to the subject they observed several narcotics and cash in the vehicle. Detectives were called and the vehicle was secured to obtain a warrant. Subject was transported to the hospital and was later arrested following an investigation.

Traffic Infraction / Other

West River Rd. @ Fix Rd.

Deputies initiated a traffic stop on a gray Nissan vehicle for observed traffic infractions. The driver was taken into custody. Driver refused to produce identification. When identified the driver had a suspended license and an active warrant. Driver was arrested, issued UTTs, and taken to the ECHC, held for court appearance for the warrant.

DWI/Alcohol

NYS Thruway

Deputies were contacted by a NYS Customs Officer who witnessed a driver strike a guard rail on the I-190. Driver was found parked in Wendy’s parking lot. The driver appeared to be intoxicated. Driver registered a .28 BAC, over three times the legal limit. Driver was arrested, processed, and released to a sober third party.

LL/Tenant Dispute

Baseline Rd.

Deputies were called by a landlord stating a tenant is intoxicated and tampering with the fire alarm system. Deputies


found the subject had used a key to open the alarm box and started tampering with the wires. Subject appeared intoxicated and was sent back to his apartment. Deputies observed the subject was using a ladder to get into the apartment, at which point the subject stated that he lost his keys and it is his only way he can get into the apartment. Landlord said he’s in the process of having the subject evicted.
