TOWN OF BOSTON
01.29.23:
Suspicious Vehicle.
Boston State Rd.
Patrol responded to the area of Boston State Rd for a suspicious vehicle complaint after a caller reported observing a vehicle that had driven off the roadway, become stuck, and was now attempting to leave the area. The vehicle left the area prior to Patrol’s arrival and was unable to be located. No further complaints were received.
01.30.23:
Traffic Complaint.
Route 219 Ex.
-Patrol responded to the Route 219 Ex for a traffic complaint after a caller reported a vehicle driving aggressively on the expressway. Patrol checked the area, however the vehicle was unable to be located and no further complaints were received.
Town of Colden
01.27.23:
Vehicle off the Roadway.
Center St.
-Patrol responded to the area of Center St after a vehicle left the roadway and became stuck in the snow. No injuries or damage to the vehicle was reported, and the vehicle was eventually recovered by roadside services.

01.30.23:
Stolen Vehicle.
Buffalo Rd.
-Patrol responded to a Buffalo Rd address after a complainant reported that his vehicle had been stolen from the driveway sometime overnight. A police report was filed by Patrol and the vehicle was recorded as stolen. The vehicle was eventually recovered in the City of Buffalo, where it had been abandoned.

01.31.23:
Fire.
Springville Boston Rd.
-Patrol responded to a Springville Boston Rd residence at about 1:00 am after receiving reports of a residence on fire. The fire was eventually extinguished by the responding area fire companies; however the home did sustain extensive damage from the fire. A police report was filed and the scene was turned over to Detectives from the Erie County Sheriff’s Office Fire Investigation Unit.

01.28.23:
Suspicious Incident.
S Cascade Dr.
-Patrol responded to a S Cascade Dr business after a caller reported observing a disturbance between two individuals in the parking lot, possibly involving a hand gun. Upon investigation, Patrol was able to speak with all of the parties involved and the complaint was determined to be unfounded. The incident was documented by Patrol.
01.29.23:
DWI.
S Cascade Dr.
-Patrol responded to S Cascade Dr for a property damage accident after two vehicles collided in the roadway, and subsequently arrested one of the drivers, Paul Gabel, 50 years old of Lawtons NY, after he was found to be driving while intoxicated. Mr Gabel was charged with DWI as well as various other traffic offenses, and was eventually released with an appearance ticket.
01.30.23:
Warrant Arrest.
W Main St.
-Patrol did arrest Patrik Dabols, 31 years old of Springville NY, on an active arrest warrant, after he was located by Patrol at an area business. Mr Dabols was taken into custody and transported to the Erie County Holding Center without further incident.

Welfare Check.
Savage Rd.
-Patrol responded to a Savage Rd residence after a complainant requested Patrol check on a family member they had not been able to contact. Upon investigation, the individual was found to be safe and the complainant was advised.
01.31.23:
Property Damage Accident.
Vermont St.
-Patrol responded to the area of Vermont St for a property damage accident after a vehicle left the roadway and drove over an embankment. No injuries were reported and the vehicle was eventually towed from the scene. An accident report was filed by Patrol.
01.2.23:
Property Damage Accident.
Allen Rd.
-Patrol responded to Allen Rd for a property damage accident after two vehicles collided in the roadway. No injuries were reported and one of the vehicles was towed from the scene due to damage from the accident. An accident report was filed by Patrol.
01.30.23:
Property Damage Accident.
Curriers Rd.
-Patrol responded to a Curriers Rd address for a property damage accident after a vehicle was struck by a garbage truck. No injuries were reported and the struck vehicle was towed from the scene. An accident report was filed by Patrol.
