ECSO Patrol Logs for Alden and Marilla from 2/25 Through 3/3.

Town of Alden


02/25/23

First Aid.

Cary Road.

Deputies responded for a female who fell. EMS responded for a medical evaluation.


02/25/23

Domestic Trouble.

Newstead Road.

Following a domestic incident and investigation by Deputies, the husband was arrested for criminal mischief and assault. Subject was taken to the Erie County Holding Center


02/26/23

Animal Complainant.

Sullivan Road.

Deputies were called to an area around Sullivan Rd for a deer who seemed to be injured. Deputies located the deer and it had to be dispatched.


02/25/23

Vehicle off the Road.

Townline Road.

Deputies responded for a Tractor Trailer off the road. Truck was waiting on a tow and was not a hazard.


03/01/23

Suspicious Incident.

Exchange Street.

Caller stated that there are two white lights in the sky. The lights are hovering a few feet apart and have been there a while. It was discovered that it is the planets Venus and Jupiter.


03/03/23

Warrant Served.

Broadway at County Line.

Deputies pulled over a vehicle for a violation of the vehicle & Traffic Law. They discovered that driver had a warrant out of Cheektowaga. Deputies arrested the subject and turned him over to Cheektowaga.

 

Village of Alden

 

02/26/2023

Disturbance.

Seabrook Drive.

Caller stated that her neighbor came over covered in blood, stating her boyfriend punched her. When Deputies arrived the interviewed all parties and the boyfriend admitted to punching her. The boyfriend was arrested for Assault 3rdand taken to the Erie County Holding Center

 

2/26/23

Disturbance.

Kellogg Street.

Caller stated that her husband was yelling and throwing things. Deputies spoke to both parties who stated that it was verbal only. No offenses committed and both parties agreed to stay separated for the night.


03/28/23

Noise Complaint.

Seabrook Drive.

Caller stated that a neighbor was blasting music and will not turn it down. When Patrol arrived,all was quiet and all parties were advised.


03/01/23

Accident Property Damage.

Park Street.

Two vehicle accident in parking lot. One car was towed from the scene. Driver of that vehicle stated he wasn’t feeling well and was taken to Sister’s Hospital. Accident report completed.

 

 

Town Of Marilla

 

02/25/23

Welfare Check.

Clinton Street.

Caller wanted a check on his daughter and her boyfriend. He was on the phone when it disconnected and he could not reach them. Deputies made connect to his daughter who stated they were not home. All appeared in oredr and caller was advised.


02/25/23

Accident Property Damage.

Clinton Street.

Deputies responded for a vehicle that went off the road. Driver told Patrol that he was not injured and had a tow on the way. Deputies completed an accident report due to the damage of a mailbox & some trees.


02/26/23

Disturbance.

Hemstreet Road.

Caller stated that she wanted her husband to leave. Husband & wife were both intoxicated and uncooperative. Deputies advised that this was a verbal argument and suggested they stay separated for the night.

Alarm Burglary Residential.

Two Rod Road.

Deputies responded to a panel alarm. Deputies arrived and key holder provided proper code. All appeared in order.


03/01/23

ATV Operate Street.

Townline Road at Bullis Road.

Deputies checked the area for a report of four wheelers and dirt bikes on the street. Patrol checked the area and did not see any recreational vehicles in the street.

 

03/03/2023

Fire Other.

Clinton Street.

Deputies responded to a report of a loud explosion. Caller stated there is a crew working on the gas line and they saw a guy yelling for help. When Deputies arrived, they discovered it was a 6” gas line that ruptured and was now spewing gas. No injuries were reported. Fire and EMS responded to evacuate the area and help close down the road. National Fuel responded and were able to shut off the gas and repair the line
