Serve a criminal summons.
Lapp Road.
Deputies attempted to serve a criminal summons with negative results. After a brief investigation to locate the subject in Cheektowaga on Losson Road.
02/19/23:
Welfare Check.
Townline Road.
Cheektowaga Police requested a Welfare check on an individual whose vehicle was involved in an accident on route 33. The subject no longer lives in Alden and Cheektowaga PD was advised.
02/19/23:
Animal Complainant.
Sullivan Road.
Deputies were called to an area around Sullivan for a deer who seemed to be injured. Deputies located the deer and it had to be put down.
02/21/23:
First Aid.
Broadway Ave.
Deputies responded to a female who fell. EMS also responded and transported the female to an area Hospital.

Deputies responded to a female who was having trouble breathing. EMS assisted and transported the female to an area Hospital.
02/22/23:
Road Obstruction.
Exchange Street.
Deputies were called to Exchange Street for a train blocking the road. Patrol spoke to the Conductor who stated he was waiting for another train to clear the tracks.

Townline Road.
Deputies were called for a female who consumed a large number of edibles and is now vomiting. EMS checked out the female and she signed off on treatment.

Unknown Trouble.
Millgrove Road.
Deputies respond to check on a 911 hang-up call. When Deputies arrived they discovered a male and female having a verbal dispute. Both parties are calm and they were advised.
2/22/23:
Vehicle off the Roadway.
Walden Ave at Wende Road.
Deputies checked on a vehicle off the road in the ditch. The vehicle occupants were uninjured and were waiting for a tow.
2/23/23:
Fire Other.
Clearvue Drive.
Deputies were called for power lines catching on fire. It appears that the transformer blew and is no longer on fire. NYSEG was notified.
Village of Alden
02/18/23:
Disturbance.
Abby Lane.
Deputies responded to a landlord/tenant dispute. A female was arrested for recklessly damaging property and released on an appearance ticket.
02/20/23:
Suspicious Incident.
Abby Lane.
The caller stated that her tires are flat and believes it was done intentionally. Patrol will see if neighbors have video footage.
02/22/23:
Violate Order of Protection.
Kellogg Street.
The caller stated that an individual she has an OP against is harassing her electronically. Deputies to file for an arrest warrant with the Village of Alden court.
02/23/23:
Custody Dispute.
Seabrook Drive.
Patrol responded to a custody dispute that was referred to Family Court by patrol.
02/24/23:
Suspicious Incident.
Broadway Ave.
The caller stated they located a bag with what appeared to be narcotics in it. Deputies tested the residue in the bag and it was negative for narcotics.

02/18/23:

Marion Lane.
Deputies responded with EMS for a male having heart palpitations.

Alarm Burglary Business.
Two Rod Road.
Deputies respond to an interior motion alarm at a local business. Deputies checked the building and all appeared secure.
02/19/23:
First Aid.
Bullis Road.
Deputies and EMS responded to a female that collapsed. She was transported to ECMC by EMS.
02/20/23:
Suspicious Incident.
Two Rod Road.
The caller stated that tires were dumped on the side of the road overnight. The caller just wanted the patrol to be aware.
02/21/23:
Traffic Complainant.
Clinton Street @ Townline Road.
Deputies checked the area for a report of several vehicles traveling at a high rate of speed. Deputies were unable to locate.
02/23/23:
Wires Down.
Three Rod Road.
Deputies checked the area for wires down on the side of the road. Wires are tangled between trees and poles. Currently, not a hazard and NYSEG was notified.
02/23/23:
Road Obstruction.
Williston Heights.
Deputies checked the area for a tree blocking the road. Fire responded with chainsaws to remove the tree.
02/24/23:
Vehicle Fire.
Bullis Road.
Deputies responded to a truck on fire. The fire was put out by the caller before patrol arrived. The fire was contained to the engine compartment.

Suspicious Incident.
Creek Ridge Drive.
Caller stated they received some strange correspondence in his mailbox. Deputies recognized this package from previous calls from other residents in the County. They are sent from a local family and are no apparent threat.
