Crystal Meth Trafficker Arrested by ESCO Monday Morning.

Erie County Sheriff John C. Garcia reports the arrest of a Springville resident for trafficking methamphetamine throughout southern Erie County following a lengthy investigation by the Erie County Sheriff’s Narcotics and Intelligence Unit.

At approximately 5:30 a.m. on March 27, 2023, uniformed deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle operated by 28-year-old Sierra Frazier of Springville. The vehicle was stopped on Route 20 in the town of Brant.

Search warrants signed by Judge Kenneth Case were executed on Frazier and the vehicle. The search discovered approximately 38 ounces of crystal methamphetamine and an undetermined amount of U.S. currency.

Frazier was arrested and charged with the following:

• One felony count of criminal possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine;

• One felony count of criminal possession of a stimulant with intent to sell;

• Two misdemeanor counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

The defendant is held at the Erie County Holding Center pending her arraignment.
